Stage I Minimal staging

• Staging with clients own furniture and adding minimal furniture, art, mirrors and accessories to give the home "Attraction Power". You never get a second chance to make a first impression. After we have lived in our homes for a period of time it's easy to overlook the small things that make a big difference in selling your home. When we view other homes on the market it's easy for us to see it's short comings. Do not show your home until you know it's showing at it's best. It literally will cost you thousands of dollars. Stage II

• Home in great condition just empty and needs furniture to show potential buyers how home functions. An empty house leaves potential buyers wondering how to embrace it.
